We follow a grid approach, mapping the severity of an error with the experience level of radiologist to determine accurately, the cause of an error and weed it out completely.
In the unlikely event that an error occurs, our team conducts a teaching call for the offending radiologist with a senior radiologist retained specifically to carry out adjudication of erroneous cases.
